ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 26, 2007

7:00 P.M.    Called meeting to order.  Present: Paula Keefe,

                     Ellen Abelson and Mark Mazur.

1. The Board granted a fiscal year 2007 Clause 22E exemption to the     

owner of parcel 60-49.

     2.   The Board signed a notice of late application for the FY2007 CPA

           exemption application by the owner of parcel 70-29.

 3.  The Board read a notice about the pre town meeting.

 4.   The Board reviewed material about Article 3 of the upcoming

        Town Meeting. It will create a new department and position that will                        

         oversee the Assessors Office as well as the other financial offices.

5. The Board re-reviewed the FY2007 abatement application for the owner of   parcel # 93-53.  The Board then granted  an abatement on the parcel.

7:25P.M     The Board met with a taxpayer, Mr. Thomas Corrado.

7:30 P.M.    The meeting with Mr. Corrado ended.

      6..  The Board decided to hold their next meeting on Thursday

             May 17^th at 7:00 P.M.
